Coronavirus Infection Prevention & Control Policy
Due to COVID-19, Holly is currently not operating from her salon room within her home.
She is operating on a mobile basis Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
She is also working from within Divine Nails, a brand new Covid-Secure salon located in Rickmansworth, on Thursday & Saturdays.
Her priority is to keep you as safe as possible. Prior to re-opening, Holly has completed a number of courses:
Health & Safety, Coronavirus (COVID-19) & Back To Work Plan Certification
Barbicide® COVID-19 Certification
THE BELOW POLICY IS FOR MOBILE CLIENTS ONLY
If you make a booking with Holly at Divine Nails Salon, their (very similar) policy will be sent to you via email prior to your appointment.
Feeling under the weather?
If Holly feels ill or presents C0VlD-19 symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Hopefully this won't happen, but if so, apologies as it may be short notice/inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety.
If you or any of the people you live with/in your “bubble” feel ill or present any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please be considerate and contact Holly as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule your appointment! You will not be charged for any missed appointments due to illness.
Prior to Treatment
You will need to complete Holly's Beauty & Massage Therapy Covid-19 Disclaimer Form (Pre-Treatment Questionnaire). This will be sent to you via WhatsApp or text. This must be completed ahead of Holly's arrival, else treatment will be refused.
You will minimize the risk within your home by cleaning the space, disinfecting surfaces, and keeping loose items out of the way i.e. mobile phones, where Holly will be carrying out her treatments, prior to her arrival.
You will keep windows & doors within your home open (where possible) to ensure fresh air supply & enough ventilation.
If needed, you will be able to provide clean towels for Holly to use during your treatment.
Eyelash Lift & Tinting Treatments
At least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a new patch test must initially be carried out. This is due to insurance, as data has shown that after having Coronavirus, it can cause allergic reactions, even with products you have previously used safely.
Hygiene has always been Holly's top priority. Equipment surfaces will be santised with disinfectant sprays/wipes between each client. Tools will be sanitised using Barbicide® between each client. Tools will also be sterilised each night using a glass bead steriliser.
Holly has carried out a risk assessment on all her treatments and is confident that she can continue to provide these safely.
Upon Holly's arrival, hands will be washed with soap & water thoroughly for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitiser can be used, if you would prefer.
Upon arrival at your home, Holly will wear a facemask & continue to wear it during the entire treatment.
You will need to wear a facemask during the entire treatment, unless you are exempt.
During Facial treatments i.e. Face Massage or Face Waxing, you will not need to wear a mask.
